You’ll drive our quality strategy, establish and evolve our QA processes and tooling, and work closely with Product, Development and Support. You’ll help us identify risks early, test smarter and continuously raise the quality baseline across the product organisation.
What will you do?
- Refine our QA processes, test strategy and test scope.
- Build and maintain our automated test suite.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Tests and manage test plans.
- Analyse issues, help reproduce and prioritise them, and identify recurring patterns.
- Run performance tests, from backend load testing to frontend performance and Core Web Vitals.
- Test accessibility against WCAG 2.2 AA and EN 301 549.
- Work with Product, Development and Support to improve quality practices and testing approaches.
- Derive relevant failure modes and test scenarios from features and requirements.
- Enable the entire product organisation to continuously improve quality.
What do you bring?
- Several years of experience in a QA role within a product team, preferably SaaS.
- Strong TypeScript/JavaScript experience.
- Experience with modern E2E testing frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress and API testing.
- Experience with CI/CD, such as Bitbucket Pipelines or GitLab CI.
- Experience managing test data and building reliable, reproducible tests.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- AI fluency and the ability to apply LLM-based tools effectively, preferably also within the testing process itself.
Nice to have
Experience with performance tooling such as k6, security hygiene (OWASP Top 10, dependency scanning, DAST), observability (Grafana, Prometheus), NestJS, Vue/React or professional-level Dutch.
