Medior UX/Product Designer (24 hour)

At Plate we build smart CMS products that give organizations complete control over websites and content. As a Mid-Level UX/Product Designer you turn abstract ideas into crystal-clear user flows, scalable components and smart interfaces that truly work for non-technical users. From content editors to communications teams, your work shapes how thousands of people structure and publish content every single day.

What are you going to do?

You’ll work at the heart of our product team on the continuous evolution of our CMS products, always with a sharp eye for UX—from abstract concept to a prototype that truly works. You will:

Translate abstract ideas into concrete user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and components;
Co-create smart AI features such as our Structuring Assistant in Delta CMS;
Set up and refine design systems and component libraries for our CMS products;
Catch UX inconsistencies before users notice them;
Initiate user tests to validate and improve our products;
Collaborate closely with development to deliver high-impact features.

Where do we see a match?

At least 3 years’ experience as a UX or Product Designer for complex web applications;
Experience with Figma or comparable tools (component libraries, auto-layout, prototyping);
You think in systems and patterns, not isolated screens;
You spot friction in a user flow and fix it immediately;
Eye for detail—you quickly detect missing pieces in a user flow;
Bonus: experience with CMSs or content-heavy applications;
Bonus: experience with HTML/CSS/JS—you speak developer and developers speak you.
